Workflow
1. Initial Briefing
The process begins with an initial brief which you share your project details, and requirements. We will need relevant materials such as specific architectural drawings, mood boards, and reference images to fully understand your vision.
2. Scene Development
Based on the information provided, our team will commence the project. This stage involves modeling the building and setting different angles to capture the essence of your design.
3. Detailed Modeling and Texturing
Once the concept scenes are approved, we move on to detailed modeling and texturing. This step includes creating highly detailed 3D models and applying realistic textures to materials. We focus on accuracy and detail, ensuring every aspect of your design is faithfully represented.
4. Lighting and Rendering
Next, we set up lighting to enhance the visual appeal and realism of the renders. We use advanced rendering techniques to produce high-quality images that showcase your project in the best possible light. This includes perfecting lighting, camera angles, and material applications.
5. Post-Production
In the final stage, we refine the renders using post-production techniques. This includes color correction, adding background elements, and enhancing the overall aesthetic. The goal is to produce stunning, photo realistic images that effectively communicate your vision.
How it works
Initially we receive your drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and camera angles required. Based on that information, we will send a quote to you.
Once confirmed, you will share further information to ensure to meet your requirements, these includes,
2D drawings - plans, sections, elevations, landscape drawings, and any other specific details which need to be incorporated within the design.
Finishes in forms of mood boards, color codes, or manufacturer specifications.
For landscape, tree types or reference images can be supplied.
Reference images can be supplied for any specific piece of furniture, trees or other objects.
We may be able to accommodate changes to the design or materials once the process has commenced, however there may be additional costs incurred and agreed upon.
Stage 1
Initially we will deliver multiple images with different camera angles as per client requirements. During this stage, the model will not have any materials or effects and furniture will be indicative. This is to select and finalize the image composition for final delivery.
Stage 2
This will be close to the final version of the image with materials, elements, landscaping and lighting added to the model.
Images will be sent to the client in low resolution with watermark for approval.
Stage 3
Changes and revisions requested by the client on stage 2 will be in this submission.
Low resolution watermarked images of the final version will be initially delivered for client approval.
Final Delivery
Once the client approves the artwork, an invoice is issued and upon receipt of payment the final high resolution, non - watermarked images will be shared to the client.
