What should I submit to receive a quotation?

You can submit architectural drawings including plans, elevations and sections to get a rough quotation to get an idea on pricing. Supplying specifications, material schedules, mood boards, landscape plans and furniture images will help us to provide an accurate fee proposal, however it is not necessary in the initial stages.

How much does it cost?

The cost of renderings depends on project requirements. You can refer to our price guide to have an idea of how much it would roughly cost for your project. To get the exact cost of your project, please send us the project information as outlined and will get back to you with a quotation asap.

What is your typical turnaround time?

The timeframe for completing a 3D visualization project depends on its complexity and scope. On average it will take between 10 -14 days to complete projects. However, depending on your requirements and response times this can be accelerated to suit your timeframes.

Are revisions free?

We do offer two revisions for free, but we rarely need revisions as we send sample renderings to our clients during our workflow, ensuring their requirements are being met. If the revision is minor and can be executed with less time in rendering or post- production, we can deliver it for free. But if it requires changes to the model, subsequently it would impact the rendering and postproduction significantly, that will subject to additional charges.

Do I need to make advance payment?

Yes, once the quotation is approved by the client we will issue an invoice for a deposit. Typically, an advance is 40% of total quoted price. We will commence once receive the initial payment and necessary details to progress work.

Final renderings will be delivered once the watermarked images are approved and balance payment is being made.

How do we communicate during the process?

Correspondence between the studio and clients is mostly done via email and phone calls. This enables us to keep track of clients’ comments on visualization to ensure we’re delivering up to their expectations.

What if there’re changes to the design once work commences?

We understand that designing is a process, and things can change. And we can accommodate it too!!! However, depending on the scope of changes, price and turnaround times may increase considering the additional workload. If a design change is requested by the client, our team will assess updated drawings, will communicate additional costs and time extensions required if needed. We will continue our work once it is approved by the client.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, discounts are available for clients for repeating clients after the 2nd project based on the frequency and volume of the work. We are also open to discussing long-term partnership opportunities.

What if I have an urgent project?

We can adjust our workflow to handle urgent projects by limiting revisions and working overtime. You can contact is anytime outlining your requirements and we will make our deliveries withing those timeframes .
